Delete your ChopCal account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Tap “Delete my account and all my data”.
3. Confirm with “Delete forever”.

Without the app

Cannot sign in, or no longer have the app? Send a deletion request by email from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account (email and password hash), every meal you saved, your carb target, your scan count and your AI photo consent. We do not keep meal photos after the estimate is made, so there are none to delete. Deletion from the live database is immediate and cannot be undone; database backups can still hold the data for up to 30 days, then it is gone for good.
